This is a small bag that people used a long time ago to keep their stockings or handkerchiefs in. It is made of many small pieces of colorful fabric sewn together to make circles that overlap. The bag is shaped like an envelope and doesn't have a hard structure, and it doesn't have anything to close it. The flap of the bag has a pretty lace edge, and the inside of the bag has a flowery fabric lining. The bag is about 8 inches wide and 7 inches deep and was made between 1935 and 1945.
